Phone Problems, Verizon is terrible.

Two Jakes phone calls are being forwarded. We are really sorry for any confusion. Verizon came by Tuesday morning and cut our phone line, the earliest they can get someone over to fix it is Saturday morning. I do not recommend Verizon as a phone carrier and am very unhappy with their service.
